2 Years Limited Warranty

ORZU watches, by Lecorb India Pvt. Ltd. come with a warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty, broadly the warranty covers material, manufacturing defects of the watch, & movement.

 

Terms and conditions of Warranty

The warranty shall be provided against original sales invoice or a duly filled and stamped warranty card. Register on: https://orzuwatches.com/pages/warranty-registration to avail a hassle-free warranty.

 

Warranty Exclusions

• Any abnormal defects in crystal, case, strap or bracelet
• This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
• Water entry damage on usage beyond specification marked as water-resistance
• Damage resulting from improper handling and normal wear and tear.
• Watches purchased from unauthorized seller.
• Watches found to be counterfeit of ORZU Brand
• Generally, Leather straps are not guaranteed, however any failure due to manufacturing defects (leather cut, pasting open out, stretch cut) shall be replaced with in 6 months of purchasing.

 

Turnaround time for service watches

We commit to repair your watch within 4 weeks of receipt at our company’s service centre, subject to parts availability. Customers will be notified of any delays in advance.
